2. Deposits and Payments

• Deposits made to secure a project are non‑refundable unless Atlas Builds & Trade is unable to commence work as agreed.

• Progress payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your contract or invoice.

• Once materials have been ordered or work has begun, refunds are generally not available, except in cases of error or cancellation initiated by Atlas Builds & Trade.

 

3. Project Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a project:

• You must notify us in writing as soon as possible.

• Refunds will be assessed based on work completed, materials purchased, and time invested up to the cancellation date.

• Any refundable amount will be processed within 10 business days after review.

 

4. Service Issues

If you believe the service provided does not meet agreed standards:

• Please contact us within 7 days of project completion.

• We will inspect the issue and, where appropriate, offer repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion.

 

5. Exceptions

Refunds do not apply to:

• Completed work that meets contractual specifications.

• Custom materials or products ordered specifically for your project.

• Third‑party services arranged on your behalf.
